Jennifer Bryant is President and Lead Consultant at Human Pivot Consulting LLC. Prior to founding the firm in early 2022, Jennifer served as Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer of American Equity Investment Life Insurance Company, where she modernized the HR function to serve as a strategic partner and led through an era of growth, leadership transition, and transformation. Prior to American Equity, Jennifer was SVP, Human Resources at Bankers Trust, where she served on the Executive Team of Iowa’s largest privately held bank. Earlier in her career, Jennifer held a broad range of progressive HR roles at Wells Fargo and Aviva USA.
Jennifer currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Des Moines Botanical Garden and Make-A-Wish Iowa, and formerly served on the Board for Greater Des Moines Habitat for Humanity. She was 2018 Co-chair of the American Heart Association Heart Walk, and has enjoyed volunteer activities in support of Wildwood Hills Ranch and United Way of Central Iowa. As a proud member of Des Moines Financial Executive Women (DSM FEW), she has the pleasure of collaborating with other strong female leaders to recruit, retain and elevate women within the financial services industry.
