Jen Speers is a sales and marketing professional with over 15 years of experience, based in Des Moines, Iowa.
After years in the industry – at one point even leading a sales team of over 1000 people – Jen founded Moonwake Collaborative, a boutique marketing and virtual assistance agency. As an expert project manager and marketing consultant, she helps a wide range of clients accomplish their goals and share their stories. Helping business owners reach milestones they didn't think possible by turning ideas and dreams into actionable steps is her favorite part of running Moonwake Collaborative.
Jen also has a love for volunteer work. Spending many years on several non-profit boards and planning and executing fundraising events. When she isn't working, she spends time around Des Moines with her husband and three children, and enjoys gardening, road trips and baseball.
