Dr. Farbod Farhadi is B|G’s Chief Data Scientist. He brings experience from business, academic, and industrial communities. Dr. Farhadi received his Ph.D. at the University of Massachusetts Amherst in Management Science. He is an Associate Professor of Business Analytics at Roger Williams University. He leads the Analytics Club at RWU and has received several recognitions in national analytics competitions ([1] and [2]).
Dr. Farhadi has worked in government consulting ([3] and [4]), management and planning in automotive industries, as well as project management in oil sectors. His work has been published in academic journals [5], and has taught data science and data analytics lectures at Brown University and Babson College.
