He is the Founder and CEO of Cognitive Force AI, where his work focuses on AI Superteams, human-AI teaming, AI ROI, and AI augmentation and innovation. Eric is also an active practitioner researcher whose work explores agentic AI, organizational behavior, global work design, and the impact of AI on how people and organizations work.
Eric earned a Doctor of Business Administration with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and a Master of Science in Management from Florida Institute of Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
