For 20+ years, as a professional and a volunteer, she has focused on leadership, management, and facilitation. Mia believes in the power of individuals to push beyond their perceived limitations to increase their abilities and joy as leaders.
Mia works with individuals, teams, and organizations to unlock their own potential and amplify their impact. She holds a BA in Communications from the University of Colorado, is a Certified Hudson Institute Coach, a PCC certified coach through the International Coach Federation, and is certified in the Neuroscience of Coaching.
